on photoshop 4.0 is it possible to take a picture and paint with it? liike, instead of painting with a color paint with the picture, as if it's a pattern or something. i know you can do it on paint shop pro, but what about photoshop? also, if you can, how can you do it? i want to paint a picture over another. is there another way to go about this, like a drag and drop thing or something?

You can create a custom brush using the image you want and then paint with that brush. Here is a tutorial on how to do it:
