okay i work on comcis and my photoshop is being wierd cuz the elliptical marquee tool. whenever i try and make a circle with the elliptical marquee tool, photoshop shrinks the circle to a smaller size when i let go my finger from making the size circle i want. thos ecircles are for the speech bubbles of my comics so i need em a certain size not a smaller size photoshop wants em. and for some reason when i fill the inside of the smaller circle the elliptical marquee tool made;for instance if i used red the red would stay in the circle. well now the red is blurring out of the circle like it is a soft filling. (you know how you can make a paint brush soft and hard)
pleas help, i am so incredibly frustrated and really stressed out. thank you :)

Check out Edit/Preferences/Cursors. If Full Size Brush Tip is checked, you'll get the shrinking circle effect you mentioned. Change to Normal Brush Tip and you should be in good shape. Also check to see if you're getting a Feather amount for the Elliptical Marquee Tool. Change the Feather to 0.
