Photoshop Query-2?

Okay, this is my second but different query on Photoshop. If Ian W and Beanunit are around, I request you both to answer this question like you answered the previous one.

The question is:

How to compare and caluculate DPIs against PPI ? My Photoshop 6.0 shows only pixels-per-inch or pixel-per-centimeter option while choosing a resolution for starting a new work.

If there is a way to configure Photoshop 6.0 to include DPI setting, please make a mention to it.

Yep, dpi = dots per inch... printer output setting.
