I downloaded photoshop cs2 and every thing was fine.. now i had to re install windows but photoshop is still on my computer but sumthing is missing from my computer so it wont let it open and run.. so does anyone know what i need to make photshop work properly?

Try to uninstall photoshop n reinstall it again..
