i have PS elements 2 and its not that great. it came with my tablet pen. i would use photoshop for mostly digital painting and such and also for a bit of photomanipulation and vectoring. there's so many different kinds of photoshop for different purposes, im not sure which to use. i dont want anything too expensive, but i know most photoshop programs are pretty expensive. im also willing to use other programs that fit my needs that are not made by adobe. any advice is apprecited.
